At A4 Speech and Audio, we work closely with ENT (ear Nose and throat) Specialists to provide comprehensive hearing and ear health care. Through close collaboration, we combine medical expertise and diagnostic precision to ensure every patient receives a complete evaluation and a tailored treatment plan—from hearing assessments and balance testing to medical and surgical management when needed. Namely, I work with Dr Ryan Karro and Dr Chris Hofmeyr.
By working hand-in-hand, we focus on understanding each patient’s unique needs—offering compassionate care that restores clarity, comfort, and confidence in communication.
About Kylie Greenspan
As a Speech Therapist and Audiologist, my goal is to help individuals of all ages communicate and connect with confidence. I believe that every voice deserves to be heard and every sound deserves to be experienced clearly. Through evidence-based care, I provide personalized assessment and therapy to support speech, language, and hearing wellness.
Kylie qualified with BA (Speech therapy and Audiology) from the University of Witwatersrand in 2017. She previously qualified with a BA in South African Sign Language and Linguistics in in 2013. Kylie first worked at Sizwe Tropical Disease Hospital in Johannesburg where she ran the Audiology department and opened the Speech Therapy department. Her areas of special interest is paediatric neurological disorders, dysphagia (swallowing) and voice disorders. Kylie is the owner of A4 Speech and Audio INC that runs with ENT group. Kylie is registered with the Health Profession Councils of South Africa (HPCSA).
